The foundation of Bayrak Project Construction was laid in 1969 with Oto Bayrak, which the late Bayram Bayrak established as a personal venture on truck spare parts. Continuing to serve Samsun and surrounding cities with its deep-rooted experience, reliable and respected identity, Oto Bayrak continues its business life of half a century without compromising its values.
Cengiz Bayrak, one of the partners of Bayrak Project Construction had formed a partnership with Aryapi Construction Co. between 1994 and 2010. During these years, Aryapı had constructed airports along with runways, aprons, military lighting systems, uninterruptable power supplies, passenger terminals, cargo terminals, heating systems, airconditioning systems, fire systems, aerodromes, fighter jet shelters, aircraft fuel storage tanks, pumping stations, fuel filtration and fuel filling systems. Also, Aryapı had constructed ports, wave breakers, piers, underwater pipelines and terminal systems, blast proof and electromagnetic proof buildings and bunkers and control stations, pipelines, interchanges and roads, military and public buildings, and mass housing.
Bayrak Automotive, which has been operated between 2003-2019, has served in the automotive tires sector in domestically. It has also served in the contracting services sectors (bridges and viaducts, drinking-utility water and sewerage, highways, dams and power plants, superstructure works) in domestically and abroad within these years.
While continuing on its way as Samsun Bayrak Automotive in the automotive sector from 2019, it continues to serve as Bayrak Project Construction in the construction sector.
